Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage B2B sales inquiries and reservations through various communication channels (email, phone, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other B2B partners.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate processing of reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage inventory to maximize sales and minimize losses.
  • Analyze sales trends and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Identify opportunities for new B2B partnerships and business development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, reservations, or a similar role (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proficient in reservation management systems (RMS) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
