OPERATION ASSISTANT - MALE (MALDIVIAN ONLY)

3A PVT LTD is looking for an Operations Assistant to support the daily activities in the retail and wholesale shop by ensuring that the operations are running effectively, which includes efficient inventory management, timely processing of orders, and good customer service. This encompasses assisting in stock handling, liaison between departments, and record-keeping among other roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the stock-inventory received, inspected, and organized; conduct an inventory audit and maintain appropriate inventory levels for retail and wholesale;
• Order Processing: Assist with the fulfillment, packaging, and coordination of delivery of wholesale orders, and restock retail displays as necessary;
• Customer Service: Assist with customer inquiries/issues regarding retail and wholesale customers to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Administration: Maintain sales records, invoicing, and inventory levels; support, as necessary, in preparation of operational reports;
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with the various vendors concerning ordering, delivery, and replenishment

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in retail or wholesale operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Dhivehi)
• Should have a valid Maldivian Driving License
