Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and talented Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that align with the company’s objectives and brand image. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Preferred Nationality: Filipino (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning:
    • Develop event concepts, objectives, and budgets.
    • Research vendors and suppliers to ensure the best options for each event.
    • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and checklists.
  • Logistics Management:
    • Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all elements run smoothly.
  • Vendor Coordination:
    • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
    • Maintain relationships with partners to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
    • Promote venue through various channels.
    • Develop promotional materials.
  • Budget Management:
    • Track event expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
    • Prepare financial reports and analysis post-event.
  • On-Site Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact during events, addressing any issues that arise.
    • Ensure all aspects of the event are executed as planned.
  • Post-Event Evaluation:
    • Gather feedback from customers.
    • Conduct debriefs meetings to assess event success and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination will be an added advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
