We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Specialist to join our B2C team. The ideal candidate will handle booking inquiries, manage reservations, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
· Process reservations for individual travelers through various channels (phone, email, online platforms)
· Assist customers with inquiries about availability, pricing, and special offers
· Upsell and cross-sell additional services and upgrades
· Manage changes and cancellations efficiently
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records
· Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English(additional languages are a plus)
· Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations
· Proficiency in reservation systems and booking software
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
· Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
· High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field preferred
· 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
· Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
