We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Supervisor B2C to join our team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel reservations or similar customer service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Proficient in hotel reservation systems
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on B2C interactions
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of reservation agents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth understanding of the hospitality industry, current trends, and best practices
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
