Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle booking requests, provide information about our services, and ensure a smooth reservation process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process reservations through various channels (phone, email, online booking systems)
  • Provide detailed information about accommodations, rates, and availability
  • Upsell additional services and amenities when appropriate
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve booking-related issues
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and update the booking system
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Generate reports on booking trends and occupancy rates

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service role (1-2 years)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems and MS Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
  • Knowledge of local attractions and travel information
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
