Demonstrate a high degree of Velaa’s culture and service standards awareness.
Ensure that assigned rooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced up to the Velaa standards.
Greeting guests, responding to queries when required and ensuring security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.
Changing bed linen and making beds for special occasions and replacing bathroom amenities.
Restocking minibar items, emptying trash and ensure cleanliness of furniture
Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
Performing deep cleanings when required.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably at a five-star property in Maldives.
Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
Ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
Good command of written & spoken English; fluency in other languages will be an advantage.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Possess outstanding guest service skills striving to exceed guests' expectations.
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
Experience in Leading Quality Assurance and Forbes Travel Guide standards will be an advantage.
Pleasant personality with excellent grooming and self presentation.
