The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Good educational background, ideally with a Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent
- Excellent communication and PR skills
- Good IT skills, including MS office with hands-on experience in Microsft Excel
- Written and spoken skills in Dhivehi and English languages
- Good analytical skills
- Minimum 02 years of work experience in a similar position
