Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive - Bakery Sales Associate.
- Communicate and assist customers with their purchases.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.
- Handle special orders and requests
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Promote bakery products and special offers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Monitor product quality and freshness
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Participate in training and development programs.
- Maintain knowledge of bakery products and ingredients.
- Support marketing and promotional activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Adapt to conditions and people to present a friendly face and meet customer expectations
- High integrity and honesty in all dealings
- Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Must have the sales skill and the ability to upsell customers.
- Must have a good communication skill
- At least 4 years' experience as a Sales Associates in Bakery items / Baker
- Candidate should not have thalassophobia or afraid in the ocean.
- Knowledgeable in MS office
