Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive - Beverage.
Requirements and Responsibilities
- Prepare frequent menu changes to ensure fresh, innovative and seasonally accurate beverages are available on customer menu
- Understand the drinks/ beverages to enable you to confidently deal with customer queries and to assist and help train other team members
- Develop a complete working knowledge of all products served in the bar
- Setting sales goals, developing sales strategies and introducing products to existing and new customers
- Maintain beverage knowledge on current roasters and confidently and accurately communicate product information
- Make and serve a selection of hot drinks including a selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolates, alcohol and non-alcoholic drink according to customer standards
- Responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with Line Manager
- Committed to customer satisfaction
- Adapt to conditions and people to present a friendly face and meet customer expectations
- High integrity and honesty in all dealings
- Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Must have the sales skill and the ability to upsell customers.
- Must have a good communication skill
- At least 4 years’ experience working as Mixologist / Bartender is required.
- Candidate should not have thalassophobia or afraid in the ocean.
- Knowledgeable in MS office
