The Assistant F&B Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day Restaurant operations in order to meet and exceed guests’ needs and business requirements, whilst ensuring adherence to JOALI service standards, F&B concept, service sequences, as well as operating procedures.
Creating joyful moment while delivering the ultra-luxury experience for every JOALI guests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· At least 3 years’ experience of similar role from diverse background in a 5-star resort.
· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or diploma from reputable institution.
· Certification in Food Safety and HACCP.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
· Strong knowledge in Food and Beverage products, services, and management.
· Effective communication and leadership skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
· Female candidates who speak Western languages such as German, French, Spanish and Italian would be an advantage.
· Adaptability to work in a remote island/resort in the Maldives.
