Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Reservation Executive to join our team at
Zaha Travels. The successful candidate will focus on expanding our market presence in
Kazakhstan and Russia, driving sales, managing reservations, and translating social media
posts into Russian. This role requires a deep understanding of the travel preferences and needs
of Kazakh and Russian travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract clients from Kazakhstan and Russia.
• Handle reservations and bookings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our
clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and clients in
the target markets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and
resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns.
• Translate social media posts and marketing content into Russian to engage with our
target audience effectively.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Attend travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Zaha Travels.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and reservations within the travel industry.
• Strong understanding of the Kazakh and Russian travel markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Russian.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in translating marketing and social media content is highly desirable.
