Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Operations Coordinator. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Monitor and respond to all daily emails in a timely and professional manner
  • - Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies in a fair and efficient manner
  • - Coordinate with the invoicing team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
  • - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • - Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • - Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email management systems
