Job Description

A.A.A Hotels and Resorts Pvt Ltd is looking for a Marketing Communication Manager responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and communication plans to enhance the hotel's brand visibility, drive revenue, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. This role involves overseeing all marketing activities, including digital marketing, public relations, social media, advertising, and event planning, to attract and retain guests.

Qualification & Experience

  •  Female/ Male
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the Maldives hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, particularly in the hotel industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems).
  • A full-time position, may require occasional evening or weekend work.
  • Occasional travel for meetings, events, and conferences.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with the hotel's business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies
  • Create and manage annual marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective expenditure.
  • Maintain and enhance the hotel's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Develop promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and online content, to support marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality visual content, including photography and videography.
  • Manage the hotel's online presence, including the website, social media channels, and third-party platforms.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze online metrics to optimize digital marketing performance and ROI.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local, national, and international media to secure positive coverage for the hotel.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
  • Coordinate media visits, press conferences, and other PR events.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage guest feedback and reviews on various platforms, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Utilize CRM tools to segment and target customer communications effectively.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, partnerships, and sponsorships to enhance the hotel's brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful event execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Evaluate event outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
