Job Description

As an HR/Admin Assistant, you will support our HR/Finance department’s daily activities and

assist in coordinating HR policies, processes, and relevant documents. An ideal candidate for

this role is an effective communicator, attentive to details, and dedicated to meeting the needs

of our employees and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR/Admin functions and duties.

Provide clerical and administrative support to HR & Finance department.

Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).

Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing,

recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)

Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.

Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)

Communicate with public services when necessary.

Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.

Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR/Admin assistant, or relevant human

resources/administrative position.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Familiarity with HR software and databases.

Ability to handle data with confidentiality.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
