Job Description

Requirements:

•        O’ Level / Degree / Diploma in Hospitality, Administration or any related discipline

•        Relevant experience and/or knowledge in admin / govt related undertakings

•        Computer literate especially in MS Office, Teams, & other related software

•        Professional attitude and appearance with the positive approach

•        Fluent in English & Dhivehi with excellent typing skills

•        Multi-tasking with the ability to prioritize tasks

•        Attendance & Punctuality at work

 

Responsibilities:

•        Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate person with good hospitality.

•        Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to the relevant department.

•        Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries; ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times; maintain office stock & supplies.

•        Manage all administrative tasks assigned, including to that of coordination with appropriate departments.

•        Assist to enter and process recurring utility bills for payment without any delay and maintain database.

•        Keep update of all the records/documents and retrieve in a prompt manner.

•        Perform other clerical reception / admin duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, mailing, Govt related, Form submissions etc.

•        Organize and provide administrative and support functions to the team as a whole.

•        A team player with high level of dedication and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

 

Salary: Negotiable based on Experience & Qualification
