Sales Representative

3A PVT LTD company is looking for an individual responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals with a positive attitude to fill the position of Sales Representative.

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

·         Knowledgeable about the FMCG, F&B and Beauty products;

·         Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion;

·         Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs;

·         Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems;

·         Answer questions about the products;

·         Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements;

·         Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors; and

·         Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

Sales Representative Qualifications and Skills:

1. A bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or a related field is preferred.

2. Proven sales experience.

3. Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.

4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Effective communication skills and Exceptional customer service skills.

Sales Representative  Requirements:

1. Minimum of One (1) year of experience in a FMCG business type

2. Excellent in English, oral or written

3. Flexible in work

4. Preferable Male Candidate (Local, Sri Lankan and Indian)
