Spa Therapist (Female)

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team and provide exceptional spa services to our clients. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of rejuvenating treatments aimed at promoting relaxation, wellness, and beauty.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform Spa Treatments:Administer a variety of spa treatments including full-body massages, scrubs + wraps, pedicures, manicures, and sauna sessions, ensuring high-quality service delivery at all times.

2. Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any specific health considerations, ensuring personalized and tailored treatments.

3. Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene:Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all aspects of spa service delivery, including treatment rooms, equipment, and tools, to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.

4. Product Knowledge and Recommendations:Stay informed about spa products, treatments, and techniques, and provide expert recommendations to clients on skincare, wellness, and beauty regimes.

5. Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa experience.

6. Upselling and Retail Sales: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or retail products based on client needs and preferences, contributing to overall spa revenue targets.

7. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and product inventory to facilitate efficient spa operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other spa team members, including receptionists and massage therapists, to ensure seamless coordination of services and optimal client experience.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of work experience in a spa environment, demonstrating proficiency in delivering a variety of spa treatments with exceptional customer service.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized recommendations.

3. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced spa environment.

4. Commitment to maintaining professional standards of conduct, ethics, and confidentiality in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

5. Ability to adhere to a 2-year contract commitment with the spa, demonstrating dedication and loyalty to the team and the organization.
