  • Proven experience as a sous chef or in a similar leadership position
  • In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and menu planning
  • Leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage kitchen operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities within a kitchen team
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high culinary standards
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Understanding of kitchen health and safety regulations
  • Passion for culinary arts and a dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
