Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Bartender to join our team and elevate our guests' experience with exceptional cocktail craftsmanship and outstanding service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a beverages while creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for our guests on-board. 

Responsibilities:

1. Mixology: Craft a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with precision and creativity, adhering to established recipes and standards.

2. Customer Service: Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.

3. Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the beverage menu, including ingredients, flavor profiles, and recommended pairings.

4. Bar Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including proper storage of ingredients, glassware, and equipment.

5. Inventory Management: Monitor beverage inventory levels, replenish stock as needed, and assist with regular inventory counts.

6. Upselling: Recommend additional items or upgrades to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.

7. Cash Handling: Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, process transactions promptly, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.

8. Compliance: Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages, including age verification and responsible serving practices.

9. Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous Experience: Proven experience as a Bartender in a similar establishment.

Beverage Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails.

Customer Focus: Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues. Must be fluent in English.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in preparing drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring accuracy in orders.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
