SECRETARY – GENERAL MANAGER’S BUREAU (01 position)

 

Requirements:

•        A’ Level / Diploma in Administration or Business Management or any related discipline with legal background

•        Relevant experience as a Secretary / PA or any similar role

•        Fluent in English & Dhivehi with excellent typing skills

•        Computer literate especially in MS Office & other related software

•        Professional attitude and appearance with the positive approach

•        Multi-tasking with the ability to prioritize tasks

•        Able to work independently as a team player

 

Responsibilities:

•        Manage all administrative tasks in GM’s Bureau, including to that of coordination with appropriate departments.

•        Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; and initiating telecommunications.

•        Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.

•        Coordination with sites and ensure the requests are met on timely basis.

•        Perform other clerical admin duties as and when instructed, arrange meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

•        Enhances effectiveness by providing information management support.

•        Organize and provide administrative and support functions to the team as a whole.

•        A team player with high level of dedication and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

 

Salary: Negotiable based on Experience & Qualification
