OPERATION ASSISTANT - URGENT

3A BEAUTY STORE IS SEEKING POTENTIAL CANDIDATES FOR THE BELOW VACANT POSITION:

      JOB VACANCY: Operations Assistant (Local Male)

      WORK LOCATION: 3A Beauty Store (Male’)

CORE DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:

• Assisting the Store Manager with operational issues.
• Acting as second-in-command to the Store manager, and taking care of all duties in their absence.
• Scheduling meetings and team-building sessions as required.
• Promptly answering the questions of staff
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
• Receiving, unpacking, and arranging new shipments from suppliers and vendors
• Arranging and labeling goods on the display shelves
• Processing customer payments at the checkout point/till
• Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers
• Collaborating with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
• Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum O Level;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Dhivehi)
• A minimum of one-year experience in a similar field will be an added advantage;
• Should be able to work for a long time; and
• Should have a valid Maldivian driving license
