Job Description

The 3A PVT LTD company is looking for an individual who is driven and with a positive attitude to fill the position of Office Manager. 

Office Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing general office operations to ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
  • Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating
    assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Coordinating domestic and international affairs.
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
  • Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.
  • Attending meetings with senior management.
  • Assisting the organization’s HR and finance functions
  • Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented
  • Can attend to important matters even during late work hours (highly preferred).

Office Manager Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong closing skills
  • Ability to present multiple product lines
  • Pro-active and good listener
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Computer Literate
  • Can drive two (2) or four (4) wheels

Office Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum of One (1) year of experience in administration or as an office manager.
  • Excellent in English, oral or written
  • Computer Literate
  • Flexible in work
  • Looking for Male (Preferrable from Philippines)
  • Have a Professional Driver’s License
