SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

v  A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.

v  Over 5 years’ experience in Marketing or Sales

v  Maldives experience is a must

v  Excellent knowledge of inbound travel agency and tour operator for European and Russian Market

v  Perfect knowledge of OTA's dynamics

v  Excellent negotiations and up-selling skills

v  Positive with a can-do attitude and Team Player

v  Experience working in a multicultural team

v  Good organizational skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines

v  Flexible working hours, hand on, patient and very service oriented

 FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

v  5 years’ experience of working on a Front Desk Manager position

v  A bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field

v  Profound experience in customer service, office management

v  Computer skills and knowledge of software programs

v  Maldivian Resort Experience is advantageous

 AGRONOMIST GARDENER

v  Enthusiasm and fitness for gardening & permaculture

v  Previous experience in organic gardening will be an added advantage

v  Must have knowledge of Agronomy and contribute under the direction of the Senior Gardener

v  Actively working in the daily Agricultural task in the greenhouses open field

 CHEF ENGINEER (POWERHOUSE)

v  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer

v  At least 5 years’ experience in powerhouse plant engineering or related field, desalination plant, general maintenance, electrician and generators, plant layout or electric power generating plants and distributions

lines and station. Strong understanding of power plant systems, including boilers, turbines, generators, and control

v  Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software programs

v  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

v  Maldivian Resort Experience is advantageous
