SOUS CHEF

Pizza Buona is looking for a sous chef to join our team - Expand existing menu & introduce new menu items. 

  Strong knowledge of worldly cooking philosophies and principles with a good foundation in culinary.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of Asian/Western cuisine.

• Minimum 02 years experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant.
• Our successful candidate should have strong operational & interpersonal skills, passionate about training.
• Skilled in monitoring and controlling food costs by creative menu planning and keeping waste to a
minimum.

• Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP as well as general health & Safety in the Workplace.
• Excellent communication skills and able to speak fluently in English

Remuneration 

USD1500 (Negotiable based on qualification & experience)
