IT ADMINISTRATOR

Requirements:

·         Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related discipline

·         Proven record and/or relevant experience in similar field

·         Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

·         Knowledge and hands on experience of all major Operating Softwares

·         In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks

·         Good knowledge of Internet Security and Data privacy principles

·         Able to work independently

Responsibilities:

·         Connect and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications

·         Check and verify functionality of hardware and software components to ensure functionality, including CCTV Cameras, Internet Connections, Lease Lines

·         Manage Domain, configure routers and switches & switch control

·         Installing servers, server operating systems and relevant server programs

·         Connecting all workstations and peripheral devices to the network and relevant servers

·         Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications

·         Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance

·         Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems

·         Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment in the prescribed manner

·         Perform troubleshooting to diagnose networking issues and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)

·         Conduct daily network backup operations and antivirus updates

 Salary: Negotiable based on Experience & Qualification
