Accounts Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking trustworthy candidates who work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. Accounts executive can expect to work with large amounts of numerical data, handle multiple tasks with deadlines, and provide transparent and complete reports to management. You should have a firm grasp of accounting and financial practices and regulations and possess strong computer and verbal and written communication skills.

To ensure success, Accountants should be prompt, honest detail-oriented, professional, and analytical. Top candidates will have excellent presentation skills with the ability to successfully communicate complex quantitative data to decision-makers.

Job Responsibilities

• Record cost information and maintain expense database
• Prepare cost sheet
• Analyze and report profit margins
• Price updates and sending timely emails for the same
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to  detail
• Ledger reconciliation
• Bank reconciliation
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing

Requirements 

• Experience- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables is a must)
• Strong time management skills
• Self-motivated
• Qualification- Any degree from an Accounts background
• Nationality: Any Nationality.
• Salary: Negotiable.
• Availability: Immediate - 15 days preferred.
