As the Assistant Reservations Manager you will directly support the Manager and the Director of Reservations in ensuring the success of the department and Minor Hotels. You will demonstrate superior leadership skills through driving the performance of reservations team members. You will have superior knowledge of all systems and Standard Operating Procedures to provide guidance to the team. Showcase your passion for people development through delivering constructive feedback, coaching and training.
