Job Description

Demonstrate the ability to handle, defrost, prepare and portion cuts of meat using basic professional butcher skills that are in line with the quality and cleanliness. Compute basic calculations; undertake inventory-taking for all raw meat products. Regularly inspects the mise-en place for all areas.

Qualifications

Diploma / High School graduate

Minimum 3 years experience as a Chief Butcher role in a luxury resort

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Pleasant personality and positive attitude

Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
