Position Summary
This position is responsible to assist in the administration and coordination of human resources plans and programs, which are realized.
To perform administrative duties like filing, handling attendance records, answering telephone calls and providing services, and coordinating with other departments. Assist in all HR & Admin-related tasks including physical & digital personnel records like employment contract leaves forms etc..
Requirements:
· Preferably with a certificate in a similar field/GCSE O’ level
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an HR Administrative Assistant.
· Computer literacy and experience with MS Office applications.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Human Resources or Administrative experience is an advantage
