Position Summary
Assist the Procurement and Logistics Manager in planning, organizing, and managing the company’s business goals and objectives in order to deliver efficient, professional service to all stakeholders
Duties & Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, initiating, monitoring, and quality assurance of all procurement and logistics activities. Work requires independent and professional judgment and is performed under the general direction of the Procurement & Logistics Manager. The primary goal is to focus on using best business practices to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity. This role has supervisory & budgetary responsibility.
Requirements:
· At least +5 years of experience in procurement/Logistics or business
development at a multi-national company.
· Outstanding professional performance
· Excellent English written and oral skills and attention to detail
· Hands-on, good with details, and well-organized team person
· Strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and commitment towards KPIs
· High integrity, ability to work under pressure, and self-motivated
· Experience in ERP systems, a plus
· Aptitude for leadership and inspiring others to excel
