We are looking for young energetic and dedicated individual to join our Maldives Holiday Collections Team as

Accounts & Procument Assistant

Requirements:              

·        Completion of A’ Level / equivalent qualification.

·        Diploma in accounting or business degree will be an added advantage

·        Minimum 1 years of experience in a related field. (Accounts or Procument)

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Should possess pleasant personality, be self-motivated, flexible and willing to rake initiative and responsibilities.

·        Knowledge of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Ezee Optimus and Excel  

·        Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

·        Ability to work under pressure & in a challenging environment.

·        Have driving license with motorbike is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

·        Handle and monitor petty cash and data entering to Quick books

·        Preparing payment vouchers / bank reconciliations

·        Preparing daily sales report.

·        Assisting to maintain filing system for all types of record keeping

·        Assist the operations department with purchase orders, supplies and other procument related activities

·        Perform other department duties related to the position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Remuneration Package:    

·        MVR 6,000 to 8,000 (depending on the qualification)

·        All benefits as per the employment law
