Job Description


  • Conducts routine data entry management for accounting records including accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable.
  • Reviews billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; alert supervisory staff of any discrepancies.
  • May assist with mail distribution, answering telephones, and other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into computer software and systems.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Good verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Quick Book Software Knowledge would be an addon
