Job Description
We are looking for a full time travel concierge to work at Leisure Mood. Preferably with experience in travel agency sales in the Maldives. Having visited and experienced multiple resorts in the Maldives would be an added advantage.
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further evaluation. A suitable compensation package based on experience, knowledge and required skills will be given.
Travel concierge at a B2C Travel Agency
Speaking to customers with regards to their travel plans
Attending to customer requirements by email and by phone
Preparing quotations for different options
Communicating with resorts and partners
Preparing confirmations and invoices
Follow up on payments and ensure resorts are paid on time
Visiting properties on familiarization trips
Leisure Mood is a registered Travel Agency, doing primarily B2C business, working with five star resorts in the Maldives.
Over 95% of our customers are direct via social media and recommendations.
We currently work with almost all the five star resorts and few selected four star resorts as well.
Our services are highly personalized covering every bit of detail of our clients' vacation.
We, as a Travel Agency, are committed to be available for our customers at all times and ensure their requirements are addressed in a timely manner.
