Who we are looking for | Description of Role:

The GSOM is responsible for the overall day to day operations of a well established Spa brand, encompassing twelve spas located on 12 islands, with a team of eighty team members.

Reporting directly to the Group Spa Director, and having direct engagement with the Hotel teams of the Resorts ranging from Four Star to Private Islands level of service, this role requires a dynamic individual who is capable of operating with little direct supervision, while maintaining the highest standards of an award-winning Spa brand celebrating seventeen (17) years of success and growth in an iconic location. The successful candidate is proactive, a self-starter and passionate to grow and learn with a dynamic team of professionals.

Your expertise and contribution to our team:

Demonstrated high levels of delivering customer satisfaction in a professional spa environment. A solid background in holistic health & wellness services while leading, coaching and mentoring a culturally diverse team of professional therapists. Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.

Strong knowledge of spa & hotel management systems paired with excellent administration and organizational skills; well experienced in establishing and meeting financial goals for delivering personalized spa services and merchandising custom-blended / branded products. Comfortable in handling social media, sales & marketing strategies and leading media engagement.

Ability to work in a remote setting [and enjoying it], while traveling frequently between locations, to inspire and lead teams operating spas in world-class locations.
