Marketing Manager, PR and Digital Marketing

Location- Reethi Faru Resort ,Ra Atoll Maldives

Job Summary

Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall advertising and public relations of the Hotel.


Your Role

  • Communication with PR and Marketing agency.
  • Strategizing on tour operator marketing and coordinating with market Rep.
  • Strategizing and negotiating on online, print, social marketing.
  • Upkeep of branding across all channels.
  • Liaison with media press and awards.
  • In charge of brand.com
  • Responsible for resort and directory content.
  • Data reports across off line, on line and social.
  • Maintaining brand pillars
  • Creating content on weekly and monthly basis for resorts.
  • Liaison with international media.
  • Identify new PR venture and trends.
  • Creating brand awareness and dispatching content.
  • Reporting on monthly activity
  • Brand website optimization.
  • Identifying and implementing SEO.
  • Optimization on digital marketing budget,
  • Web development.
  • Partner integration on Brand.com.
  • Create and execute a strategic and comprehensive advertising and Public Relations
  • Plan, including media planning as well as creative/visuals
  • Creating newsletter as well as internal communications materials
  • Creating content on weekly and monthly basis for resorts.
  • Partner integration on Brand.com.
  • Reporting on Monthly activity

  • Good command on marketing concept including digital marketing, SEO, SEM platform.
  • Hand on social media (Instagram, facebook, twitter, etc)
  • Knowledge and expertise in designing concept
  • Identifying blogger and influencer.
  • Able to create content for brand, website and media
  • Knowledge on print media
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Highly skilled and very computer literate.
  • Organized methodical and incredibly systematic
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Eye for detail and is meticulous in his / or her standards.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
  • Experience in a marketing role
  • Knowledge of international markets
  • Knowledge of hospitality
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field
