Key Responsibilities:
 The Director of Guest Experience along with the team will be the person in charge from the
pre- arrival, till post arrival experience.
 Guest experience by electronic requests.
 Personal contact with the guest.
 Front of house quality control.
 F&B quality control.
 Review sites / guest feedback forms / social media / TUI quality control.
 LQA standards.
 Seaside finolhu brand traits.
Key Requirements:
 Proven Managerial work experience as a Guest Relations Director / Manager, Front office
Manager or similar role required.
 Understanding of all hotel or resort management best practices.
 Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus .
 Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
 Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
 Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance.
 Ability to work flexible hours.
 Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation.
 Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field .
