General Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English and Dhivehi
  • Excellent in MS Office application (MS Word and Excel)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Specification

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the management.
  • Responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the management team.
  • Coordinates and schedules all department activities and meetings, follows-up on outstanding issues and deadlines as appropriate.
  • Responsible for taking minutes of meetings chaired by the management.
  • Commitments to ensuring confidentiality of company’s documents
