The candidate should be responsible for preparing and cooking food for our customers, as well as running the kitchen smoothly and efficiently together with the manager.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinating the work responsibilities of the kitchen.Preparing food.Frying, grilling, and sautéing food.Keeping stations cleaned and organized.Following and creating recipes.Maintaining excellent hygiene.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience in western cuisines.Willingness to work hard and operate in a team structure Associate’s degree or culinary degree Knowledge of how to use a wide variety of kitchen equipment Leadership skills such as leading a team of cooks
