Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic applicant to join our vibrant team as a female Guest Service Agent who will be entrusted to perform a variety of guest service tasks.

 

Responsibilities

As a Guest Service Agent, the new member will be tasked with the smooth functioning of Guest related matters including the management of the Guest Desk, coordinating their check-ins and check-outs, catering to all Guest related needs and maintaining the expected service excellence throughout.

 

Requirements

Should have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Should be confident and able to multi task with composure and disperse responsibilities on timely manner. Should also be able to undertake tasks independently whilst self-organization and having a target oriented mindset with good observational and record keeping skills together with exposure to usage of computer based spread sheets would definitely be an added attribute.

 

Experience

A minimum 2-year experience in a similar capacity.

Qualification

Minimum 3 passes in O’level Examinations

 

Remuneration

A remuneration package comprising of USD400.00 - USD500.00 with Service Charge will be accorded based on the experience and qualification.
