We are looking for an enthusiastic, youthful and team player to join the Travelers Street team. Job Title: Reservations Assistant No. of Vacancy: 01 Position for a local candidate in Maldives Department: Reservations at Travelers Street Pvt Ltd. Key Duties: • Checking on the availability of accommodations and transportation on a traveler's desired travel dates. • Assisting customers choose among a variety of travel options. • Providing support to customers who have already made a travel purchase by confirming, changing or canceling reservations. • Reconfirming and cross-checking details in confirmed booking with resorts. Qualifications and Requirements: • O’ Level, A’ Level or Diploma equivalent qualification. • Flexible with regards to working hours. • Have a good command of the English language both spoken and written. • Proficient in Microsoft Office package and computer skills. • Standards driven and detail-orientated individual. • Highly self-motivated and possessing the potential to grow in the tourism industry. • Have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments.
