Office Manager Job Responsibilities:
Overseeing general office operations to ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
Coordinating domestic and international affairs.
Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.
Attending meetings with senior management.
Assisting the organization’s HR and finance functions
Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
Can attend to important matters even during late work hours (highly preferred).
